Sept 24, 2014 around noon - I come here quite frequently, but not any more. Being in the restaurant industry I have a very high tolerance for patience and understanding, and have rarely ever given a bad review. However, today is an exception. The girl taking my order seemed beyond confused...it was as if she didnt know that I was ordering off their menu. Every other word was umm... followed by long awkward pauses. Fine, I can get over this (maybe shes new) but them I waited about 10 minutes to get an order with no napkins in either bag, no receipt and a cold sandwich. With another Dunkin right down the street this kind of service is inexcusable. It is safe to say I will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Just stopped by and tried to reduce the cost by ordering a small coffee with two donuts. Not only was it more expensive but the clerk was going to charge me without at least advising me the extra cost for going smaller. Left with a not warm and fuzzy feeling about their business practices. FYI

This place blows my mind. They have yet to master the basics of a Dunkin Donuts (i.e. - fresh donuts, correctly made coffee/food and efficient service), now the owner has raised the price on coffee. There is another DD opening on Ogden, between Cass and Fairview, which will be my new daily stop. Please someone help this guy run his store.

Ok...so I think I've found my FAVORITE Dunkin. On the weekends I make the drive just so I can enjoy the speed, cleanliness and great service. Oh, and lets not forget their delicious coffee. Cause lets face it, DD has the best!

Let me preface this with the fact that I only frequent their drive-thru. My order is always correct, the staff is great, and I'm headed back again soon in sure!

Came here to wait for my car to be finished at the Pugi Mazda across the street. Ordered their egg, cheese, sausage croissant and a coffee. Waited for 10 mins. Only one person in front of me and she was also waiting as long for her food too. I wasn't in a hurry. Staff is a little unprofessional and loud behind the counter. Oh well. I only come here every 5000 miles anyways.

Ya know that feeling of looking forward to a delicious latte on your way to work? Something to get your day started on a positive note, give a little pep in your step? Yeah that didn't happen. Far from it. Bought a small latte and a mocha ice coffee. Left this place and made it to work a mile down the road and the latte was room temperature and the cup was half empty. The kicker was there was a black hair floating in it which almost made me toss. My friends MOCHA ice coffee was ice coffee. No mocha. Two drinks ordered, two drinks messed up. Failed. Roll the dice if you want to. I'll pass on this place.

It's Dunkin', so you get what you expect, Great Coffee and OK Donuts. This location just happens to be on a street that I travel often, so I've been here a lot. Service in the morning is usually pretty fast but the lines are loooooooooooooooong. They are definitely in the right location because they get loads of business. My favorite things are the white chocolate hot latte and the smoked sausage sandwich. The sandwich usually comes on an English muffin with egg and cheese, but I totally remix it and have it on a croissant with no egg and just cheese. It's so delicious!!! Try it next time you go to Dunkin', they don't charge extra for changing the bread to a croissant. Usually I spend about 5 dollars on breakfast, so depending on your budget, it's not bad.

This is a newer location, and my #3 option when commuting to work in the morning. It's #3 because I pass two other DDs on my commute, ha! Very nice ladies at the drive-thru, great and fast food. Good pumpkin latte and iced coffee.

Not only was there a long black hair baked into my muffin, but my sweetened iced tea was sweetened with hazelnut sweetener... odd.

This Dunkin' has exceptional service and is always very clean every time I visit! If you need a product fast, the drive thru is always quick as well!

During the day the staff is usually on the ball sometimes at night they messed it up. The last time I had something messed up was quite sometime ago probably last year so I don't think it's fair to leave a review for that. It's the gentleman who's responsible for that anyway... Jen tho, she's great. Always fast and speedy. Keep up good work.

I have a friend who has a sweet tooth and a big midnight craving almost everyday. On one of his late night food run, he invited me and we went to DD drive thru. I got two breakfast sandwich for the next morning and he got a drink and some munchkins. The guy serving us was super generous and gave us all the "old" munchkins since they were making a new batch. My two breakfast sandwiches were still good the next morning after I popped it in the microwave. I like the sausage, egg croissant more than the English muffin but they were both good.

Is there anything in the American fast food landscape as inherently bland as Dunkin Donuts? DD lacks the pretentiousness of Starbucks and the historical importance of McDonald's. In addition, there is no mascot, a la Ronald McDonald, the Wendy's girl, or the monarchy imagery at Burger King. Would it kill them to have something to entertain the children? Some type of anthropomorphic donut..maybe Duggie the Donut? Look, I enjoy the Vanilla Long John. It satisfies my frequent need for carbs. But if you want to experience a fully-realized donut, check out the Busy Bee Bakery in downtown Downers Grove. I will give credit to this location for having a well-designed seating area. You can sit and contemplate your concerns while watching traffic whizz by on Ogden Avenue.

Lately this place has been going down hill. My orders are messed up often and a lot of people I deal with are rude and really show that they just don't care to be there. I'd rather drive a couple more miles to the new dd drive thru. That staff at least smiles and speaks in more than a monotone voice and my order is never messed up there.

I comming to this place since they opend, and got to say this is my favorite Dunkin Donut store in my aria, becouse is very close to me. The coffie and food is greate to, the crue is ok, some times they mix up the orders when they are really bissy, but thats is understandble we all humans. But i got to tell they realy triing to make it work. So i give 5 stars for that.

Usually everyone I deal with here is really good but the new guy they have on overnights is incompetent and very very very slow I've sat at the drive thru just waiting to actually order for 5 minutes on more than one occasion. He also forgets to give me change CONSTANTLY, and since I usually come to DD during the overnight shift its becoming an issue. I'm kinda just waiting for the day it causes me to be late to work...the guy who was on overnights before was really good but the new kid definitely needs at least one other person working with him.

I'm a fan. I love their coffee and I love an occasional blueberry cake donut. The people are friendly and the service is quick. There's a drive thru (which is good to know the Lombard one is not a drive thru).
